Paktel is back

One of the pioneer cellular company in Pakistan Paktel which vanished from the cellular scene due to financial vows and later purchased by China Mobile is back with their 3 paisa per sec campaign ( Paktel to Paktel only - Translates to Rs. Rs 1.8 / USd 0.03 per min not much different than others ) . The question is will the consumers comeback to Paktel with their past record of poor service and the vanishing act . Let's see what the market holds for them .
In other news China Mobile is using Pakistan as an expriment for their other overseas ventures ( Thank you Tee Emm for the link ) as reported in Cellular news so lossing customers and service quality may not be their priority
